REFUND POLICY

RETURNS-

Our refund policy is within 30 days of purchase with receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Felt, straw hats, youth hats and womens fashion hats, that were customed shaped cannot be returned. Caps can be following our regular return policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS-

 

Once return goods are received, we will notify you by email. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please give 7 to 10 business days for refund to be posted. Depending on issuing bank, your credit may show until your next billing cycle.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
